This website serves exclusively as a pre-launch interest registration portal (waitlist) for Scalyth. It does not provide commercial SaaS software, customer dashboards, user billing, or payment processing at this stage. No financial data, payment card details, or government identification numbers are collected or stored.

We collect only the minimum personal data necessary to manage the early access queue:

• Full Name or Preferred Name: To address you in transactional queue communications.
• Email Address: To deliver queue confirmation, VIP status notification, and private cohort invitation keys.
• Professional Role: (e.g., Founder, CTO, Operator) To prioritize and customize relevant product access waves.
• Attribution Data: Optional referral URL and UTM campaign parameter to measure outreach efficiency.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis (DPDPA 2023)

In accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India), personal data is processed based on your voluntary consent, provided by actively entering your details and submitting the waitlist form.

Your data is processed strictly for:

• Validating and maintaining your spot in the Genesis waitlist cohort.
• Sending transactional emails directly related to your queue status and access invites.
• Contacting you when your private preview access is ready for onboarding.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with third-party data brokers or marketing networks.

4. Data Processors & Infrastructure

To securely operate this waitlist, we rely on established infrastructure providers acting as data processors:

• Cloudflare Pages & Workers: Provides edge DNS, DDoS mitigation, and serverless API execution.
• Resend, Inc.: Provides transactional email delivery infrastructure for sending welcome and queue updates.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your waitlist information only for the duration of the pre-launch phase and subsequent rollout. You have the right at any time to request complete deletion of your records. Upon receiving an erasure request, we will remove your email and associated details from our records within 30 days.

6. Your Rights as a Data Principal

Under applicable Indian privacy law, you are entitled to:

• Right to Access: Request confirmation of whether your data is being processed and a summary of your data.
• Right to Correction & Erasure: Request correction of inaccurate data or deletion of your waitlist record.
